I Tell Original Stories, Red-head Stories, Stories for Children and those who love whimsy, imagination and nature. I have been handed down the precious Stories of the Irish Diaspora and Tell the Lost Irish Stories, Irish-American Tales and Folk and Tall Tales, and Irish Myth and Legend. I encourage Participation Stories in Sessions and Workshops, Teaching Storytelling, Creative Writing and Communications.


Background Experience:

Born into a family of Storytellers who treasured, and taught the importance of, stories she carefully carries the lost stories of the diaspora. Daria’s parents instilled in her a love of nature and cradled her in imagination. This is the background that has shaped her as a Storyteller. She Tells for those who wish to Listen and listens to those who wish to share, and truly believes in the power of stories.


Daria has more than 10 years’ experience as a Professional Storyteller in Ireland.

Storytelling, Teaching, Facilitating and Speaking at Schools, Libraries, Nursing Homes, Private Groups, Events and Festivals she covers a wide range, including such highlights as:

Milk & Cookie Stories Collective, The Secret Garden Festival, Storytelling & Workshops with Age Action Ireland, Children’s Books Festival Ireland, Storytellers of Ireland Committee Member, World Storytelling Day – Ireland, The Irish Redhead Convention, Literacy Week, Seachtain na Gaeilge, Dublin Bay Prawn Festival, OurLand Festival

She Founded & Hosted:

Sea Speak Storytelling, Sea Speak Junior Storytelling Club for Kids, and World Storytelling Day – Ireland.

Daria has Written and Performed: ‘A Story For My Supper’ – One-Woman Storytelling Show; “The Blueberry Monster” – Oral Tale and Book; “The Wonderful Adventures of Lorcan the Lamb and His Woolly Coat”: A Series of Original Tales and Trilogy of CD’s;

“Redhead #11” – Tales of a Redhead – Oral Tales.

Daria is a Radio Broadcaster and Producer. She collected stories, producing a Radio Special on The Stories of the old Wilkes-Barre Lace Mill, PA., U.S. She is a Teacher of Creative Writing, Storytelling and Communications; and a Guest Lecturer on Storytelling in Media for Temple University. She is a skilled and experienced Workshop Facilitator, Speaker and MC.
