Len is one of Ireland’s best known traditional singers and has appeared at numerous Irish and International Folk, Literary and Storytelling Festivals. In 1992 he received the Sean O’Boyle Cultural Traditions Award in recognition of his work as a collector and singer. In 2002 he received the Irish television TG4 National Music Award for “Traditional Singer of the Year.” While he is known primarily as a singer, he is also a fine storyteller in his own right, having worked with such master storytellers as Jack McCann, Tom McDevitte, Eamon Kelly, Andy McKinley and for over twenty years with the great John Campbell.

Len now works with the redoubtable storyteller, Jack Lynch.
